How to eat Chia Seeds without puking.

I AM SO EXCITED!  I got some organic chia seeds today after being inspired by a recipe by Mimi Kirk.  She has created a recipe for Chia Pudding that tastes like tapioca pudding and it is amazing!  Nolan loves it and we couldn't stop tasting it before it had the right consistency.  I used what we had on hand which was almond milk, agave and a little bit of vanilla extract but Mimi is amazing for putting the ingredients together and making a healthy dessert that can even be used as a breakfast cereal.  I am in heaven.

So pretty much what you need is
Almond Milk 2 cups
Chia Seeds 2/3 cup
something to sweeten- your choice agave, stevia, she uses a fig mix that she made, ANYTHING NATURAL and SWEET!
She also added natural flavor.  I used vanilla extract (unitl I liked the flavor-few drops)
